4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ph949 account. 4.2 Accurate Information

Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing times. ph949 does not impose deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees independently.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days subject to KYC completion and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. ph949 may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, which are displayed in your account dashboard. 5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

1. Internal Resolution: Players must first contact ph949 customer support to attempt informal resolution. ph949 aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
2. PAGCOR Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing ph949's operations.
3. Arbitration: If PAGCOR mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under Philippine arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines.

The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
